BIM Analyst - Help
Extract a technical specifications document (CCTP) / bill of quantities (DPGF) from the project in one click (export).
Update the model using the CCTP / DPGF (import)
It allows us to measure the consistency between the written documents and the digital model

BIM Export (Window identical to Surface Analyst: 1 - Update, 2 - Copy link, 3 - New Export)
Exports the elements of your program, sorted by type, to an 'Excel' file.
1 - A separate tab for each manufacturer (treated as a batch)
2 - All instances of a type grouped on a line with a total of units, length, area, volume and other properties such as a description, links to product sheets, or detail boards, unit prices, etc.
BIM Import (Window identical to Surface Analyst: 1 - Import an existing DPGF, 2 - Copy a link from a DPGF)
Imports elements of your program from an 'Excel' type file.
Updated on:
Lot, CCTP/DPGF number, CCTP/DPGF name/title, CCTP description, link to product sheets or detail board, unit price and any other information you want to import into the mockup.
- Export model selection
- Ability to limit import/export based on batches and/or a Revit category
- Linked files can be exported; updating linked files must be done separately.
- Ability to retain existing manual information in the table
SETTING
This tool is very powerful and, as a result, its configuration can become complex.
We recommend that you initially use the standard export templates to familiarize yourself with this robot.
You can then add columns that will be transformed into shared parameters in Revit.
Or
Add parameters/properties to the export that will become new columns in the GSheet
