Flat Plan - Help
A robot that generates the flat plan for you.
PICKING - Select the application from the menu
1 - Starting from a floor plan, PdV Picking will create a schematic plan of the dwellings
2 - Click on one of the rooms in the property for which you want to obtain a flat plan and let yourself be guided.

Check the box for the accommodations you want:
1 - Obtain a flat plan and let it guide you.
2 - Update the plans
REPORT
Create a summary sheet with a plan of each level at 500th scale of the dwellings, their name and their as well as a table of living areas.
Sales Plan Configuration
Open the sales plan template and adapt it to your project (title block, position of plans and tables)
SETTINGS (same as Surface Assistant)
Surface Assistant identifies dwellings from rooms in Revit.
To function, simply fill in the parameter where you indicate the name of the accommodation.
Afterwards
From the name of the rooms, indicate whether their nature is 'habitable' or 'Annex', either directly in the window or in the settings menu.
To improve your presentations and renderings, you can choose the order of the pieces in the tables as well as the abbreviated names of the levels if necessary.
